1 General Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bubbu platform and all related services. By browsing the bubbu website, creating an account, playing any game, or using any service, you are legally agreeing to be bound by these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. bubbu monitors for multiple accounts operating from the same device, IP address, or payment method.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. bubbu may request supporting documents for identity verification at any time. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure, and any bonuses earned will be cancelled.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds at bubbu: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for any method.

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact bubbu support.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification must be completed before withdrawing
• Withdrawal may be restricted if the wagering requirement of an active bonus has not been met
• Additional verification may be required in cases of unusual activity
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Note that wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned from bonus funds are withdrawable
• bubbu reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of bonus abuse or manipulation
• A promotion applies only once per household, device, or IP address
• The wagering requirements for VIP cashback bonuses are separate and will be stated in the relevant offer

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on bubbu — slots, live casino, virtual sports, cricket betting — are governed by specific rules. The rules for each game can be found within the game interface or in the help section.

6.1 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game session, bubbu will review the situation and attempt to provide the best resolution. However, it is not possible to guarantee compensation for any losses resulting from technical errors.

6.2 Game Results

6.3 Betting Limits

7 Prohibited Activities

• Using another person's account or selling an account
• Operating games using automated bots or software

• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Raising chargebacks or disputes using false information
• Threatening or harassing other players or staff

8 VIP & Loyalty Program

bubbu's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity.

Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.7%, Platinum — up to 1.0%, Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

bubbu reserves the right to change the terms, benefits, or tier structure of the VIP program at any time. VIP benefits may be withdrawn in cases of irregular activity.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

12.2 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible withdrawable balance will be returned to your preferred payment method before the account is closed.

bubbu also reserves the right to close or suspend an account for the following reasons: violation of these terms, suspicion of fraud, financial irregularities, or for security purposes.
